Price does include 15K Dollar commissions for brokers/agents involved in the sale of this vessel.
The registration / notary / legal costs (estimate US$ 5000) will be for the buyer. Monsoon can be brought back to USA registration as she has been registered in the USA untill 1993.

Specifications
Well maintained, spacious, seaworthy, easy to handle, proven world cruiser with pleasant classic interior.
Dim. of the vessel: 72'(LOD) x 18,1' x 8'.
Displ. is approx 60 tons (full load).
Built in New Zealand in 1978.

Construction
Steel hull and alloy superstructure, massive laid teak decks of Dec 2007. Alloy spars, SS standing rigging. Built in accordance to Lloyds rules for yachts.

Sails&Rigging
Monsoon is ketch rigged and her mainsail, mizzen sail and two headsail's are on furling systems, resp. Leisure Furl and Reckmann.

Electro
Full electronics and furlers make Monsoon easily be sailed by one couple and if necessary by one person alone.
2 diesel generators on board, 14 kW +8 kW.

Mechanical
Detroit Diesel 6-71, 185 HP. Hundested variable pitch 3 bladed bronze propeller system. Engine rebuilt in 2009, with total 7000 hrs per Augst 2012.
Monsoon carries 1800 gallons fuel in 2 tanks and range under power alone is 2800 n.m.

Accommodations
Sleeps approx 12 in 5 cabins. One bathroom, 200 gallon drinking water + water maker, twin generators.
